Who are we looking for?
- Provide 8 hours of frontline phone and email customer service/support daily to our clients; delivering proactive, personalized service and building long-term, consultative partnerships with our Recruiting Software clients.
- Work as a team to meet and exceed Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Personalize client interaction by asking questions to learn the client’s goals and offering insightful, individualized suggestions to help each client meet their goals.
- Coordinate the setup of accounts to provide clients with a customized hiring solution.
- Support team in meeting client retention goals through inbound and outbound communication as needed.
- Collaborate with Product Team to relay any client issues or system bug reports and update clients as needed.
- Take the time to make each client feel positive and confident about their knowledge of the CareerPlug system.

- Ability to build rapport with clients and develop solutions that meet their specific needs
- 2-3 years of experience in a phone-based customer service or sales environment (preferred)
- Experience in a start-up environment or software company (preferred)
As of March 2020, our Austin-based team has been working fully remote. We have no plans to be back in a physical office anytime soon and are currently planning on becoming a Remote First company with a reduced office space in Austin. About 10% of our total workforce was already full-time remote pre-COVID, and we will continue to be a much more distributed company going forward. This role may be filled by either an Austin resident or as a fully remote role for any Texas candidate.
