Minds On Design Lab is a strategic design studio with digital expertise. We’re passionate about elevating small and mighty teams in the social sector. We’ve been in business since 2007 are a fully remote, virtual studio.
About the position
The Client Coordinator holds an important role of being a team member that sits directly at the table alongside our client partners. They coordinate and enhance our efforts so we continue to add value for our clients.
This is a junior level position.
This role provides opportunities to contribute and grow in the areas of project management, customer support, marketing, and quality assurance.
We are interested to learn more about you if you have:

- Ability to sweat the details and organize your work and that of others
- Interest in learn, grow, and contribute to multiple aspects of a design studio including project management, customer support, marketing, and quality assurance
- Ability to work remotely and overlapping at at least 5hrs of our regular work hours of 9am – 5pm Eastern
What does a Client Coordinator do?
Strategic Work
- Advocates for clients needs with their teammates.
- Collaborates on digital engagement and outreach strategy.
- Reviews key metrics to reveal successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Participates in marketing and sales work with existing clients partners and beyond.
Tactical Work
- Work with design and technology team members to task up project and retainer work.
- Report on regular progress internally to team members as well as to client partners.
- Helps set work priorities, project plans, and keeps our team on track.
- Helps review work done for quality.
- Provides support and develops/shares best practices of our recommended fundraising tool, Fundraise Up.
- Provides support and develops/shares best practices for using Mailchimp.
- Provides support for use of our content management websites including those built on Craft CMS.
What we offer
- Salary from $45,000-$50,000 depending on experience.
- This is a remote position and we are fully remote studio.
