Full-Time Campaign Logistics Specialist

Job Description

WHAT WE NEED

The Campaign Logistics (traffic) Specialist is an administrative support position for our Media Buying and Client Services departments. As a member of the Media Operations and Shared Services department, you are responsible for ensuring our media ads are run on the correct stations according to the applicable schedule.

Additionally, you will work closely with your team to ensure all Audio airchecks are graded in a timely manner, regularly monitor station traffic, test calls when required, and learn how and what needs to be prioritized daily.

We are looking for someone who is interested in the media industry and has a willingness to learn the performance marketing space. This team plays a critical role in keeping our Media Buying and Client Services teams running smoothly and efficiently and will give you many opportunities for career growth at Havas Edge.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work effectively and communicate regularly with client reps and stations, as well as our Media Buying and Client Services teams, regarding the status of media schedules and needs
  • Coordinate timely movement of traffic reports, including monitoring status of confirmations
  • Monitor and track receipt of commercials and asset traffic instructions to multiple recipients
  • Match tape details and instructions to the correct sales contract and station
  • Organize and assign phone numbers for commercial ingest according to media schedule(s)
  • Track missing materials and instructions with stations, clients, and/or tape houses when needed
  • Troubleshoot workflow problems and/or delays; adapt and proactively repair
  • Assist with other Audio Airchecks when additional support is required
  • Ability to manage regular tasks with oversight from supervisor
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and research when required
  • Once acclimated into the role, you will begin your introduction to our Client Onboarding team (HIT Team) and their role in supporting our internal departments

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Business, or related field of study preferred but not required
  • You have previous experience and/or understanding in performance marketing (TV and internet)
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite tools (i.e., basic formulas, filtering, pivot tables, etc.)
  • You are familiar with various reporting systems
