Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday: 8am – 11pm
Sat- Sun: 9am -5:30pm
Length of Project: 5 weeks. For great performers, once the project is complete, we will find another opportunity for them within the company
Training: One week, M-F 9am-5:30p
Tasks:
Banking support. We will be supporting a conversion to a Banking platform. Tasks will include supporting login info, authentication, bank training, payables, etc. Banking knowledge would be extremely helpful.
Required Qualifications:
This is a very high profile client and they are seeking high quality candidates. Prefer candidates who have call center experience. In addition, they will need speak clearly and professionally over the phone, comfortable working in a high-volume call center, and have intermediate knowledge and comfort working on computers. Prior banking experience is a plus.
