JOB FAMILY DESCRIPTION
The Business Strategy Manager is responsible for driving the overall strategy for Funds Processing and Corporate Accounting products for Black Knight’s Servicing Technologies division. Responsible for ensuring the best use of resources in accordance with objectives for growth and profitability for the company. Oversees business cases and EPICs associated with the value streams of these products. Manages SAFe Agile trains and interfaces with internal Black Knight teams to ensure that goals are met. Formulates solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Defines and implements plans for the achievement of Black Knight’s Servicing Technologies goals and objectives to ensure growth and profitability.
* Uses industry knowledge, competitive market analysis, customer engagement, and business planning to develop large scale development initiatives to meet the needs of clients.
* Demonstrates knowledge of corporate policies and procedures.
* Lead, direct and train teams effectively.
* Manages the performance of subordinates and of self. Sets challenging but attainable performance objectives. Monitors progress to performance objectives, and eliminates obstacles when possible.
* Manages budgeting and financial forecasting, and achieves forecasted financial results for assigned cost centers.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Prior experience in a Strategy, Consulting or Business Owner function is desired
* Strong acumen in finance and accounting domains
* Extensive experience working in the mortgage servicing industry
* Knowledge of Black Knight’s products and services (i.e. MSP)
* Knowledge of mortgage and financial servicing technology products strongly preferred
* Ability to lead, direct and manage teams effectively
* In depth Agile knowledge with the ability to coach others on Agile practices and principles (i.e. SAFe) strongly preferred
* Expert level skill in budgeting, P&L, and monitoring revenue
* Ability to independently interact with executive level clients
* Ability to operate independently
* Ability to exhibit solid decision-making and problem solving
* Ability to lead under pressure with independent judgment
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public

JOB FAMILY LEVEL
First level management role. May manage staffing, budgeting, planning for functional area. Implements strategic plans and objectives for the department while ensuring the department meets its objectives. Works with senior leadership to establish strategic plans and objectives for the business unit while ensuring objectives are met. May work on multiple, complex projects as a project leader and subject matter expert. May interact with executives, management and clients. Typically requires five (5) or more years of experience in the information technology, financial services industry or commercial banking and two (2) years of experience in a management role
