Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Components Business Segment in Columbus, IN / your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Engage with end users / stakeholders to collect requirements and translate to system & component level technical requirements
Develop use cases, activity diagrams, flow diagrams, impact analysis and mock ups based on the need as part of requirement gathering process
Use approved tool set for requirements, configuration and change management process
Verify and Validate solution to ensure end user needs are met as per the expectations
Liaise with end user and development team to ensure requirements are clarified, agreed and approved
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
5 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science / Software Engineering preferred) Strong ability to translate user needs to technical requirements Strong ability to perform software functional testing Experience working on applications related to automotive controls/calibration domain Strong verbal, interpersonal, communication & presentation skills Understands object oriented software programming concepts
MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint) skills required
Source management (Clearcase/GIT), Requirements Management (PTC Integrity/DOORS), Test Management (PTC Integrity/DOORS), Mockups (MS Visio/Balsamiq) preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
