Managerial position for Ohio licensed LSW, LISW, PC, PCC, MFT or IMFT with demonstrated adult severely mentally ill and substance use disorder experience. Team requires outreach and support services and may require crisis intervention, as necessary. Pay is commensurate with education and experience, minimum of $70,012.80 annually.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide supervision for a nursing and community treatment team of 5-10 individuals
- Provide initial and on-going training and support of team members
- Meet administrative needs for documentation requirements
- Provide day-to-day organization and direction
- Assign caseloads to team members
- Review notes, assessments, progress reviews and other pertinent patient information
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s level degree licensed as an LISW, LSW, PC, PCC, MFT or IMFT credentialing is required;
- Minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated supervision experience;
- Ability to work independently required;
- Conflict management & resolution, skill building and the ability to motivate and lead staff members to achieve goals is essential;
- Must meet agency credentialing requirements; and
- Subject to criminal background check and mandatory pre-employment drug testing.
