Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Benefits Contact Center Representative to join our team specializing in service for our Corporate Business Services unit in Nashville, Tennessee. This position is 100% remote with periodic travel post pandemic.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Provide expanded support to customers, including end-users, distributors, and/or dealers seeking information through various mediums, under minimum supervision.
• Provide prompt assistance to customers through various media. Multi-Skill/Multi-channel support (Chat/Email/Phone). Document customer inquiry information within appropriate Cummins systems.
• Resolve non-routine customer issues through an understanding of Cummins processes, systems, and practices.
• Escalate complex issues providing documentation through process.
• Understands new and existing Cummins processes, systems, practices, and delivers training to new hires.
• Support improvement projects intended to improve customer experiences and organizational goals.
• Generates and maintains knowledge content, delivers training and is considered a Subject Matter Expert or Team Leader.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience. Experience or education in benefits is HIGHLY preferred.
• Proven strong customer service experience
• On the job experience in benefits.
• Must be adaptable and able to change directions as needed
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
Base salary range: 49k-55k
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
