Full-Time Benefits and Analytics Specialist
Job Description
Erie Family Health Center is looking for an analytical and responsible individual to join our Human Resources Team! This role is a material contributor to benefits administration, and rollout of group medical, prescription, HSA, life, disability, well-being program, and retirement benefits. The Benefits and Analytics Specialist researches, analyzes, communicates, and assists in the administration of corporate benefit plans and programs. The Benefits and Analytics Specialist also has full responsibility of LOA, FMLA and Disability Programs and all absence management programs. Other responsibilities include enhancing communications to employees and management to increase member understanding and improve utilization and participate as needed in education of Erie staff regarding leave policies.
Responsibilities
- Manages benefit program implementations and annual processes: Open enrollment, retirement, annual vendor renewals, RFPs, and compliance updates
- Designs and tracks HR health and welfare metrics, reports, and employee lists
- Assesses and validates benefits invoices
- Performs HRIS input and audit of health and welfare benefit enrollment
- Responds to requests for analytic surveys and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration required
- 4+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience administering health benefits and working on analytics
- Knowledge of Federal, State and local regulatory and compliance laws (HIPPA, ERISA, FMLA, ACA, etc.)
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
- Can work well under tight deadlines, adapting to changing priorities and the ability to succeed in a fast paced, growing, results oriented team environment
