| Banquet Set-Up, The American Club Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Does the thought of operating as an essential part of a team to ensure efficient set up, breakdown, and service of banquet functions at a Five-Star resort appeal to you? Specific responsibilities of the Banquet Set-up include: - Proper care, movement, and storage of all equipment such as tables, chairs, risers, dance floor, lecterns, and podiums, locating and delivering convention materials to requested locations
- Moving furniture in and about the hotel
- Servicing every meeting room by emptying trash, removing dirty dishes and linens, straightening chairs, and replenishing water as requested
- Driving the company vehicles to make pick ups and deliveries, assisting with keeping the property clean both inside and out, and performing light maintenance tasks as needed.
This is a part-time position, with availability weekdays and weekends from 5:00am to 2:00pm. Skills/Requirements - The ability to work independently with professionalism while maintaining a focus on quality and customer service
- Candidates should also have the ability to walk or stand for the majority of each shift, as well as lift or move up to 50 pounds
- This position requires bending and twisting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to outside weather conditions at times
- Valid Drivers license
- At least 21 years of age preferred
