Contract length: 05 Months

Job Description:

  • Clerical Associates provide general clerical administrative support to departments by operating standard office equipment, maintaining filing and records systems and preparing material such as routine reports and correspondence.

Essential Functions:

  • Communicate with others to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information and address complaints.
  • Triage incoming requests and assign tasks to team members accordingly
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and similar systems.
  • Utilize Excel and Outlook applications to track, monitor, analyze issues and resolutions
  • May compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records and reports.
  • Open, sort, route incoming emails, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns within data to identify areas for improvement
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
  • May work to resolve certain issues in sales tools on behalf of the customer

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working with standard office equipment
  • Strong Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Preferred Experience with SharePoint, but not required

Experience:

  • 0-2 Years in an administrative or clerical experience

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED
