Job Description:
- Clerical Associates provide general clerical administrative support to departments by operating standard office equipment, maintaining filing and records systems and preparing material such as routine reports and correspondence.
Essential Functions:
- Communicate with others to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information and address complaints.
- Triage incoming requests and assign tasks to team members accordingly
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and similar systems.
- Utilize Excel and Outlook applications to track, monitor, analyze issues and resolutions
- May compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records and reports.
- Open, sort, route incoming emails, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns within data to identify areas for improvement
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
- May work to resolve certain issues in sales tools on behalf of the customer
Job Requirements:
- Experience working with standard office equipment
- Strong Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Preferred Experience with SharePoint, but not required
Experience:
- 0-2 Years in an administrative or clerical experience
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
