Assistant Teaching Professor of Educational Psychology

Ball State University

 

The Department of Educational Psychology has a one-year full time contract position at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor available August 2021 – and ending May 2022. Primary duties are teaching and supporting undergraduate and graduate programs in Educational Psychology. Candidates should be willing to teach on campus at Ball State University as well as online.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: Teaching load includes 12 credit hours of courses each academic semester. Primary areas of instructional coverage will include courses in our undergraduate and graduate programs in educational psychology, with emphasis in developmental psychology and educational psychology serving initial teacher licensure programs. There are no research expectations. Faculty are expected to attend departmental meetings.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Doctoral degree in educational psychology or related field from an accredited institution by date of appointment.

 

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

 

Preferred Qualifications: University teaching experience.
