Job Description
We are looking for a talented Assistant Parts Manager to join our team specializing in Service for our Distribution Business in Hodgkins, Il.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes.
• Responsible for analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations to improve the organization’s Supply Chain.
• Provide analytical support to one or more functional areas.
• Use common processes tools, and information systems to enable supply chain analysis.
• Ensure data integrity of all analytics and reports.
• Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans.
• Participate in Six Sigma and supply chain improvement projects.
• Use existing business systems to provide analytics and reporting that are capable and repeatable.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• B.S. or B.A. in applicable field preferred. High School Diploma or the equivalent required.
• At least 1 internship or equivalent work experience in a supply chain role.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner.
• Excellent computer skills using multiple software platforms.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Actively participate on Safety Related Activities like Safety Committee Meetings, Facility Inspections.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
