Full-Time Assistant Manager, Implementation
Job Description

The Assistant Implementation Manager is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the Implementation Manager. Their duties include supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, providing support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of the project management team. As the Assistant Implementation Manager, you will need to collaborate with other department leaders to help develop and implement action plans essential to organizational success and process management. An Assistant Implementation Manager must be confident, proactive, and willing to take on workplace challenges while motivating others.
Your Impact:
- Participate in development of process improvements and strategies for workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
- Assist manager in taking care of the fine details of implementation project managers.
- Conduct assessments to identify and seek solutions to project challenges alongside of project manager.
- Assist in development of team and conduct performance reviews.
- Assist in resolving conflicts between the various departments or clients as needed.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with internal departments and direct teams ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling of resources or project assignments.
- Monitor productivity and quality of individuals.
- Prepare and present to the manager reports of project operations as needed.
- Collect data, analyze it, and help project managers to set objectives for initiatives or project needs.
- Ensure changes in processes are communicated to team members.
- Carry out quality reviews and checks to ensure project operations are in line with best practices.
- Fill in for project managers by managing daily operations in their absence.
- Respect decision-making boundaries and know when to call the attention of the manager.
There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:
- Experience, number of years of proficiency
- 3+ years of experience in management or comparable
- At least 2 years of experience in project management
- General skills, basic skills needed for the position.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey important information clearly and effectively.
- Strong leadership and initiative with goal-oriented mindset
- Team player
- Good time management skills with attention to detail
