Job Description
We are looking for a talented Assembly Technician to join our team specializing in hydrogen fuel cell power systems technology for our #NewPower Business Unit in Mississauga, Ontario.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Work on several steps of a unique manufacturing process involving precision metal plates, rubber, plastic, and compression molding and assembly.
* Prepare, molding, finesse-finishing, cleaning manufactured products.
* Performed assigned tasks on other lines, as needed.
* Work with chemical and rubber materials, some solvents, specialized hand-tools.
* Personal protective equipment is supplied and mandatory.
* Complete HSE and on-the-job training will be provided.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Minimum Secondary school / Community College.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination, artisanal skills and aptitudes, manual and digital dexterity for detailed review and finishing work.
* Ability to work collaboratively and safely in a small team (6 – 8 people).
