Full-Time Application Support Consultant III
Job Description
LOCATION
This job is fully remote eligible within the United States. Local candidates to Jacksonville, FL will have a hybrid schedule with flexibility to work remote up to 3 days per week.
SUMMARY
Serves as a senior contributor with expertise in development and client support. Acts independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning Black Knight’s Empower product. You will thrive in this role if you are a strong troubleshooter, have excellent interpersonal skills and are a collaborative and proactive problem solver.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create and resolve support tickets via internal partners, phone, email, and click to chat, consistently ensuring high quality while meeting established SLAs
- Thoroughly document customer ticket and profile and notate any follow up expectations
- Utilize trainings and practical experience to continually grow technical abilities and product knowledge
- Utilize advanced troubleshooting methods to provide technical software and application support to our external customers
- Serves as liaison between end-users and the information technology organization during consulting projects to meet specific client requirements
- Expertly researches and documents client needs, technology, or regulations related to system design or enhancements that will impact multiple platforms and/or applications
- Works closely with internal teams representing the client’s production issues related to Empower
- Uses development expertise to resolve high-level and high-priority technical issues for the client
- Performs data repairs within SQL on daily basis
- Analyze and read code to ensure client requirements are met
- Consults directly with the client and may travel to the client site
- Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Requires 7+ years of analytical and/or technical consulting experience
- Experience working in a technical client facing role
- Mortgage industry experience
- Thoroughly document customer ticket and profile and notate any follow up expectations
- Utilize trainings and practical experience to continually grow technical abilities and product knowledge
- Development experience in C# or other Microsoft development technologies
- SQL knowledge/experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Empower or other LOS
- Knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in application development in objective-oriented development, or other relevant technology
- Proficiency in quality management methods, tools, and technologies
- Awareness of system-development protocol
- Mortgage industry experience
- Experience with Black Knight products, services, and capabilities
