Full-Time Analyst II-Operations Support
Job Description
This position is responsible for critical support and interface with Consumer and SMB Service Delivery as well as the Offline Service Delivery Support teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Mustbe skilled in HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, ColdFusion, ASP.net programmingskills
•AdvancedSkills in Excel / VB
•Abilityto build and support Web based applications
•Experiencewith Windows System Administration and Web Server Configuration (such asTomcat / Apache)
•Proficientwith SQL
•Serveas project lead for new and on-going projects (system enhancements, systemconversions, process improvement, report management).
•Createand develop supporting documentation, including requirements definitionand business case justification to support the requirements; review andprovide feedback of supporting documentation for new/ongoing
•Developdetailed test case documents to execute User Acceptance and BusinessVerification Testing; work with external and internal resources.
•Mustbe able to handle extensive research and vastly challengingsituations.
•Must be a strong individual in a team environment who is self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to take initiative
Preferred Requirements:
Position requires above average verbal and written communication skills, time management and analytical skills, knowledge of Windstream Service Delivery processes and systems, ability to work extended hours or weekends when required, effective organizational skills, good attendance and punctuality, attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities. Position may require up to 10% travel.
Minimum Requirements:
College degree and 2-4 years professional level experience; or 6+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
