Administrator
Our team at HMP Wayland are looking for an Administrator to work 15 hours per week on a Wednesday Thursday and Friday. Hours of work are 09.30-14.30 (15hrs) The role will involve performing a variety of tasks to help with the smooth running of the service. This will include using systems to create and maintain databases, documents and correspondence, attending and taking minutes at meetings, and maintaining filing and recording systems. The successful applicant will use NDTMS to submit service data, and prison systems to access relevant prison information for client care. Applicants should be highly organised and able to work on their own initiative. They will also be able to communicate effectively with people inside and outside of the service and be aware of their responsibilities to confidentiality and GDPR.
