Job Description

- Serve as our Division Training Coordinator, NCVIP (Employee Performance Appraisal) Liaison, and help other departments.
- Use your detail orientation and self-motivation to successfully manage and maintain multiple projects and assignments.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to use courtesy and tact when contacting and engaging in duties that are sensitive.
- Willingness to learn new procedures.
- Flexibility to adapt to constant changes.
- Computer experience with Microsoft Office using Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook.
- Office experience doing data entry, filing, and records management.
- Experience with recording, compiling, summarizing, and analyzing data.
- Demonstrated ability to present ideas clearly and effectively in written form – adjusting language and terminology to meet audience needs.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers while providing quality customer service.

- Your work hours will be 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.

- High school/GED diploma, and
- 2+ years of related administrative experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
