In the role of Administrative Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to organize & coordinate with administrative and order processing duties including:

  • Coordinates and supports sales and service-related products and activities.
  • Oversees and coordinates general SAP functions.
  • Processes and follows-up on customer orders, including credit card processing, validation of material, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Places and maintains orders with vendors.
  • Defines and documents procedures, including but not limited to order processing, filing and database systems, records retention, and protection.
  • Coordinates internal and external communication between the customer, Regional Sales Manager, Benz Factory, and local office.
  • Responds to customer needs and performs appropriate follow-up. Keeps customer abreast of activity status and assists in resolving related issues.
  • Prepares appropriate quotations for customer orders and repairs.
  • Schedules, coordinates, and records in-house service.
  • Processes appropriate orders, warranties, returns and credits as necessary.
  • Proactively keeps management informed of trends and patterns.
  • Maintains and updates appropriate departmental databases and files.
  • Assists with preparations for sales related activities such as travel arrangements, food, and entertainment.
  • Supports other departments and performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of clerical/office administrative experience including machinery parts and manufacturing processes in ERO/MRO environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as PC, copier, scanner.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge in SAP is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Must be U.S. Citizen
