What’s it all about?
You’ll be joining a team of around 5 administrators who are based in the office and remotely. Because of the work we do helping people affected by cancer some of our calls may be sensitive too. So, it’s the type of job where you’ll need to be able to handle these types of calls and deal with vulnerable people and the general public well.
You’ll also be able to work with accuracy and maintain your concentration even when things get busy. As you’re handling important letters and documents and entering data attention to details really matters in this type of role.
It’s the type of job where you’ll be busy taking enquiries and helping staff and volunteers in all our departments so thinking on your feet is something you’ll need to be able to do as well. You’ll be good at working with a computer as well and will have a working level of experience using Word, Excel, databases and Outlook.
