As part of the Growth Team, the Marketing Manager, Acquisition will play a pivotal role in supporting Prose’s growth and success.
Role Focus
- Manage a multi-million dollar budget over several online channels (Facebook Ads, Pinterest,…)
- Increase spend by 2x over the next 18 months while keeping a very efficient CPA
- Improve performances of existing channels, discover new channels and bring them to a significant level of spend
- Manage relationships with external partners (agencies, account managers,…)
- Work closely with internal teams to improve performances and conversion rate (Tech, UX, R&D,…)
- Share results and recommendations with top management; Share knowledge and insights with the team
- Help to develop the team in recruiting new members, and training them to become true experts
- Continually strive to promote Prose mission and values
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience managing paid acquisition campaigns with budget higher than $1M
- Expertise of campaign management in Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Excel/Google Sheet expert (SQL/R/Python a plus)
- Experience managing multiple vendors or clients
- Strong critical-thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Highly knowledgeable about industry best practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
