We want to hire an Accounts Receivable ROCKSTAR who shares our vision, values and commitment to superior customer service and having a great time at work. The AR position is responsible for working with answering client calls, accounts receivable, creating financial reports, reconciling client statements, answering questions, entering deposits for an insane amount of customers. Our current team of ROCKSTARS is looking for some help and the correct fit to add into and thrive on their daily chaos!

Job Duties:
- Sort documents and post debits/credits to proper account
- Answer client correspondence in a timely manner and de-escalate upset customers.
- Verify amounts and codes on various forms for accuracy
- Balance entries and make necessary corrections
- Maintain and make necessary adjustments to records and/or logs such as journals, or property records
- Verify and reconcile simple bank statements or department records
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills:
- Analytical skills to evaluate, prioritize, and categorize data in various forms and formats
- Perform calculations and analysis used in basic accounting. Basic knowledge in proper accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Associate’s Degreed Preferred
- 1 — 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
