DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Accounts Receivable Cash and Analytics Manager to join our team specializing in Finance for our Cummins Business Services in Nashville, TN

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Leads Accounts Receivable Cash Application and Reporting/Analytics activity within Cummins Business Service, supporting manufacturing and distribution entities across North America.
• Manages Cash Application team, both onshore and offshore, to ensure quality & accurate completion of assigned work in cash receipts, payment posting and credit balance resolution within the established accounting policies of the corporation.
• Manages AR Reporting and Analytics team to ensure the development & preparation of accounts receivable reporting & analytics.
• Coordinates the review of work methods and procedures; considers the impact of any changes on the overall organization; develops and implements changes in those methods and procedures to improve the efficiency of the accounts receivable unit.
• Manages, coaches, and mentors’ supervisors and accounts receivable/cash analysts; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegates work assignments considering employee skills and development needs
• Acts as a point of escalation for complex, non-routine accounts receivable issues and problems.
• Develops and maintains business partnership with Credit, Sales and Operations teams
• Key member of the Cummins Business Service Accounts Receivable Operations Leadership team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent degree Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance as well as a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proficient and advanced user in Excel, Oracle and/or High Radius
• Be able to display excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to resolve issues in a quick and efficient manner.
• Excellent attention to detail, accurate and precise.
• Proven ability to be strategic and results driven.
• Experience in accounts receivable, cash application, credit management and order to cash

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
