Job Description
1845254 Ontario Limited O/a Element Vaughan Southwest Hotel located at 6170 Highway 7, Vaughan, Ontario L4H 0R2 is Hiring a Hotel Managing Supervisor Permanent Full-Time Position wage $23.00/Hr. at 40 hours per week.
Duties Include:
- Coordinate, assign and review the work of hotel, motel and other accommodation services clerks, casino workers, reservation clerks and other travel and accommodations workers not elsewhere classified
- Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Requisition supplies and materials
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Provide information regarding features of rooms, service of hotel and points of interest
Requirements:
Must have a minimum college diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management & Restaurant Operations or similar field.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a Hospitality Management or Hotel Management & Restaurant Operations fields.
Must Speak, Read and Write English
