Salary Range: $65,129 – $78,863
Essential Functions and Objectives:
Administers and manages activities within a specific area of a responsibility. Serves as the subject matter expert and applies gained knowledge to execute, maintain and improve systems, programs, or processes.
Supports the conception, curriculum and content design of the employee training and development courses. Works collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to provide coordination and development of online training and learning initiatives. Utilizes content experts throughout the organization as support staff and facilitators.
– Proactively identifies opportunities to further employee development and customize trainings as needed, working with managers across departments to design and develop training materials, including online modules; provides support and guidance in the creation of course content.
– Identifies process gaps and troubleshoots opportunities to create efficiency structures, processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer and employee experience.
– Work cross-functionally within and throughout the organization to develop partnerships/identify opportunities for collaboration to proactively increase organizational effectiveness and execution of training opportunities for employees; builds and establishes credible and authentic relationships with District employees.
– Supports and serves as a department content expert, trainer and facilitator utilizing adult learning best practices; coaches and develops all team members; serves as a thought-partner and creative-partner with members of the team.
– Conducts needs analysis and revises and develops content based on data.
– Creates historical record of impact on achievement, using both data and anecdotal evidence.
– Tracks and reports on budget; works with District Foundation to secure resources as needed.
– Corrects errors within modules, as needed.
Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:
– Five (5) or more years of professional, demonstrated track record of delivering training, professional development, public speaking and facilitation of meetings and trainings is required.
– Demonstrated experience managing organizational change, change management and change theory is required.
– Proficiency with Google Workspace.
– Effective time management and organizational skills.
– Effective verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Effectively handles multiple demands and competing deadlines.
– The ability to take responsibility for one’s own performance.
– Works collaboratively with others on a team.
– Aptitude for variety and changing expectations in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of and experience with Learning Management Systems software strongly desired.
Education Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree is required.
