Full-Time 3rd Shift Maintenance Leader – 210000MS
Job Description
We are looking for a talented 3rd Shift Maintenance Leader to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine business unit in Rocky Mount, NC.
3^rd Shift starts Sunday night at 8pm
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Leads and executes the preventive, predictive, and condition based maintenance of production equipment
* Works with Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering on problem identification, trouble shooting, and equipment issue resolution and repair
* Maintains spare parts and indirect materials inventory by using a computerized maintenance management system
* Contributes to equipment engineering design evaluations
* Leads preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable
* Participate in apprenticeship steering committee
* Lead team in supporting the plant initiatives and goal tree
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* College, university, or equivalent degree
* Great communication skills
* Ability to empower, promote troubleshooting and getting out of comfort zones
* Leadership experience required; 10-15 team members
* Experience working with Operations Leadership during emergency breakdown situations and executing the work involved in ensuring others are aware of status
* Experience with LOTO procedures, Team Standard Review and TPMS reviews
* Experience leading 5 S initiative from Maintenance department
* Audit Work orders for data accuracy, timely completion and provide feedback to team.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
