Full-Time Strategic Account Manager

WHAT WE DO
NoiseAware is a well-capitalized, high-growth IoT startup in Dallas that provides the world’s first privacy-safe noise monitoring service for Airbnb and vacation rental managers. We are a hardworking, talented, and fun group of highly driven individuals solving the largest livability issue in many cities across the world. We have customers in more than 40 states and 10 countries and we are expanding quickly.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
NoiseAware is hiring a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to drive growth within our current customer base through the delivery of an extraordinary customer experience.  This position has been added to the team to seize the opportunity for additional value creation in our strategic accounts during an exciting stage of rapid growth.
We are looking for a strong individual contributor who is hungry for career growth and has achieved significant measurable success in customer expansion through replicable and scalable processes.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to prove her/himself and has the leadership capabilities to grow with our company.  Exceptional performance will be rewarded with an excellent career trajectory and potentially a leadership role on our fast-growing sales and customer experience team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (Required)

      • 3+ years in a quota holding account management position
      • 1+ year(s) managing large customer accounts (>$100k annual revenue)
      • Experience in a high growth SaaS company
      • Experience presenting to an executive audience
      • Experience negotiating renewals and expansions for large organizations
      • Experience building processes that drives sales
      • Experience with modern business tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.)
      • Experience in short-term/vacation rental, property management and/or hotel industry

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (Negotiable)

      • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
      • New logo sales (hunting)
      • International growth experience
      • Experience leading a small team

WHAT YOU WILL DO

      • Drive the growth of our business through value creation for our customers.
      • Become a subject matter expert on short-term vacation rental industry, specifically of your assigned territories and clients, and all aspects of NoiseAware’s software, hardware, and services.
      • Optimize revenue opportunities by creating alignment between our customers’ initiatives and NoiseAware.
      • Develop and execute against a methodical plan to target greenspace within our largest customer base.
      • Provide NoiseAware leadership information that will inform where we invest in marketing, product, and company direction to increase value to our top customers.
      • Work closely with Support and Implementation to build the ideal customer journey for our largest customers.

WHERE YOU WORK
NoiseAware is based in Dallas, Texas and we’d love it if you were close to our team in Austin,  Dallas, or Denver, however we are most interested in finding the best match for this opportunity, so we are also open to our VP of Marketing coming to visit a few times a year from a remote location.
