Full-Time Customer Advocate

WHAT WE DO
NoiseAware is a well-capitalized, high-growth IoT startup in Dallas that provides the world’s first privacy-safe noise monitoring service for Airbnb and vacation rental managers. We are a hardworking, talented, and fun group of highly driven individuals solving the largest livability issue in many cities across the world. We have customers in more than 40 states and 10 countries and we are expanding quickly.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
NoiseAware is adding a Customer Advocate to our growing team to deliver world class service that exceeds customer expectations.  We are looking for someone who, like us, is customer obsessed, transparent and candid, committed and conscientious, and people centric!

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (Required)

      • 1-3 years of customer service experience
      • Customer facing phone and email experience (with prospective and/or current customers)
      • Technical interest and aptitude (non-developer, you are the “go to person” for friends and family when it comes to figuring out their phones and computers)
      • General knowledge of IT and network infrastructure (wifi / IoT)
      • Excellent communication skills with strong grammar, punctuation, and written communication skills
      • Personal organization and task management skills

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (Negotiable)

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • Support role experience in a SaaS company, preferably in a startup environment
      • Experience with G-Suite applications
      • Experience with Zendesk or a similar ticket management tool
      • Experience with Salesforce
      • Knowledge of short-term rental, vacation rental, multi-family residential and/or hotel industry
      • Technical certifications are a plus

WHAT YOU WILL DO

      • Be the face of NoiseAware to our customers.
      • Manage the queue of inbound support requests.
      • Provide solutions to customer requests.
      • Field inbound sales calls and emails and route appropriately.
      • Own projects to improve the customer journey and automate our customer support processes.
      • Exemplify our firm’s values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

WHERE YOU WORK
NoiseAware is based in Dallas, Texas and we’d love it if you were in Dallas too, however we are most interested in finding the best match for this opportunity, so we are also open to this position being 100% remote.
