Position Details
We are seeking a UX Designer to join our embedded design team working on a Fintech CRM integration. You will be joining a team mid-phase with 3 other designers and a UX copywriter.
- Work on a collaborative team helping a global finance client reach their tech integration and user adoption goals for their first two product release cycles.
- Bring a consumer-grade approach to simplifying complex business tasks.
- Design experiences for optimized productivity and clean data inputs to power machine learning.
This position is a full-time, remote 6-month engagement starting April 2021 with opportunity for continuation. Applicants must live in a timezone +/- 2 hrs to ET. Language Dept. is New York based and all client meetings are scheduled in ET timezone; 8am meetings are common. We do not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
As a Designer on this project, you can expect to…
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the user experience of customer service and sales representatives.
- Design solutions that range from configuration recommendations to API integrations to custom designed ground-up features.
- Create journey maps, user flows, and low-to-high-fidelity designs to think and communicate ideas that impact the end-to-end user experience.
- Work collaboratively with both Language Dept. design team and cross-functional client team (including tech, product, service, and sales) to meet user expectations and business goals.
- Iterate quickly in response to user testing to keep pace with two-week development sprints.
- Work within an atomic design system and iterative product development cycle to scale features and users over time.
- Contribute to client-specific, product style guide documenting brand presence and recommended design patterns throughout user experience to be used as a guide and living library for future releases.

- 2+ years experience in product design
- Designed for a CRM system like D365, Salesforce, or other service and sales platforms
- A strong UX/UI product portfolio showing experience designing for enterprise software with a systematic and a consumer-facing approach
- Proficiency in working with and maintaining complex design systems
- Experience working collaboratively and communicating effectively with cross-functional product and engineering teams
- Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, Invision and other current design tools
- A passion for creating and contributing to systems, an attention to and love of details, and excellent organizational and time management skills
- A desire to contribute to a collaborative environment through giving and growing from constructive feedback
Bonus points if you have…
- Experience within Fintech or Sales
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fluent design system, or Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience designing data visualizations for dashboard-style reporting
- Experience running and reporting on user-testing studies
