Job Description

We are looking for a talented Strategic Partnership Manager, Global to join our New Power Business Unit (NPBU).  This role can be located in Indianapolis, IN or your remote home office.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Join a multi-disciplinary global partnerships team and help drive NPBU’s prospective partner development efforts, including partner identification, prioritization, engagement, and term negotiation across hydrogen and vehicle electrification markets

* Lead business intelligence development for target partners, markets, and technologies

* Prepare presentation materials both for external partner discussions and internal management alignment discussions

* Work with internal stakeholders across business development, strategy, legal, corporate development, and technical to ensure alignment on partnership pursuits

* Manage daily / weekly updates for management

Education, Licenses, Certifications

 

Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science / Policy or other technical field or equivalent practical experience required.

 

 

Experience

* 5+ years experience in analytics, engineering or management consulting or equivalent analytical experience required.

* Experience in managing business intelligence, strategy, and/or business development projects from inception to delivery, including developing structured solutions required. Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to define analysis requirements and priorities and implement strategy while balancing short- vs long-term deliverables preferred.

* Demonstrated understanding of new power technologies (vehicle electrification, fuel cells, hydrogen production, and/or renewable power) and market, including competitive dynamics.

* In-depth business development background inclusive of roles heavy in market-based research.

* Quick learner and ability to self-teach, capable of developing a quick understanding of the customer and the product.

* Familiar with a corporate development approach.

* Previous experience of being in front of the customer and comfort in communication would be advantageous

* Focused on providing high level, detail oriented due diligence.

* Capable of independent thinking and an ability to connect the dots.

* Capable of helping negotiate legal documents such as Memorandums of Understanding and Letters of Intent (MOUs, LOIs, etc)
