As CIC Health develops over and against the shifting realities of the pandemic, you will demonstrate poise, flexibility, and acuity to make week to week adjustments.
.
More specifically, as our ideal candidate, you are:
• Self-motivated with the desire to learn all aspects of our business from the ground up.
• Personable and naturally enjoy helping others.
• Detail oriented and organized with solid time management skills.
• Someone who takes ownership over tasks and follows them through to completion.
• A true team player with the capacity to foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, building management, and vendors.
• Comfortable working with everyone, treating everyone as an equal.
• Someone who can bring a fresh perspective and new ideas.
• Able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
.
.
YOU HAVE
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• A natural interest for helping/supporting others.
• Availability for full weekend work.
• The ability to work from your local CIC office as needed.

• Starting compensation commensurate with experience.
• 100% company paid premium healthcare and dental benefits.
• 100% company paid long and short-term disability, and life insurance.
• 401k (must be 21+).
• Two weeks of vacation (more with seniority) plus thirteen holidays from the start.
