ABOUT THE POSITION: The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director (ED) is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the ED, Board of Directors, and Executive Team and managing the agency’s office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

LOCATION: South Lake Union Neighborhood (Seattle, WA)
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
SCHEDULE: Weekdays (plus evenings & weekends as needed)
SALARY RANGE: $53,000-65,000 annual

QUALIFICATIONS
• An Associate degree is strongly desired. Bachelor’s preferred in business administration or related field. Or relevant work experience, certificate and/or equivalent continuing professional development or education.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an executive support role required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a non-profit environment, desired.
• Awareness and/or training around issues of equity, intersectionality, and belonging.
