British Triathlon is looking for a creative and dynamic Membership Manager to lead on membership acquisition.

As we approach the postponed 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo in 2021, we are looking for a passionate and driven individual to deliver dynamic and compelling reasons to join us! Off the back of unprecedented success at all levels of the sport, we are entering an exciting time for membership growth and if you think you have the ability to think creatively and push for change, we want to hear from you.

As the Membership Manager for Acquisition, you will already have experience in a membership function and will understand what makes people want to be part of an organisation and/or community. You will understand the acquisition process and will be looking for a new challenge from a dynamic and brave organisation. You will be part of a growing team and will work closely with your colleagues in Communications, Brand and Marketing. You will have the chance to influence the way that this national governing body engages with its members, potential members, and new audiences in the lead up to the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo, the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham and beyond.

You will be part of a committed team at the heart of this fast-growing sport and have the opportunity to be part of some truly iconic sporting moments. If you want to work hard, develop in your role and create some exciting and dynamic digital activity this could be for you!

The role will be based at the British Triathlon headquarters located at Loughborough University; however, the nature of the role may require evening and weekend working and occasional travel. Currently we are working from home, flexible working arrangements available but must be able to attend office at least 3 days a week when we return.
