Full-Time Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
Premier Talent Partners is looking for highly motivated and people-facing individuals to fill a Recruiting Coordinator position with an exciting revenue intelligence company based in San Francisco, CA. This role will be remote and contract to start, with the potential to convert to permanent for the right fit! All work-from-home equipment will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Own the candidate experience by ensuring that each candidate has a thorough understanding of the interview process, role, and company culture.
- Interview candidates and guide candidates them through their virtual interview process
- Employ creative skills and think outside of the box to personalize each candidate experience
- Partner closely with the recruiting team by being the eyes and ears on the ground
- Own scheduling for phone and video interviews for various teams
- Serve as a knowledge base for our history, multiple products, and new features
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers, and universities boards
- Source candidates by using databases and social media
Qualifications:
- 1+ years scheduling experience working in high growth and fast-paced environment
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with the executive team on recruiting matters clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational/project management experience
- Handle spontaneous change, new scenarios, and challenges with grace, thoughtfulness, and authority
- Passionate about recruiting as a function
- Able to build a strong rapport with colleagues and stakeholders
