JOB FAMILY DESCRIPTION
Reading, interpreting, inputting and maintaining mortgage investor product matrices, underwriting guidelines, rate sheets and bulletins in a proprietary product and pricing engine system.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform analysis of investor product documentation as it relates to being input and represented in our customer facing software product.
* Uses “if, then” scenarios to ensure accurate transfer of investor product documentation into our customer facing software product
* Implement and maintain product definition and attributes for a variety of mortgage investors
* Implement and maintain underwriting guidelines, LLPA’s and SRP schedules for a variety of investors
* Performs highly detailed and analytical work in a fast paced, team-based environment under tight timelines
* Daily written and oral communication with varying levels of coworkers and investors
* Comfortably and easily uses a variety of technology throughout the day to perform required tasks.
EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES
A high school diploma or GED is required for this role. A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

* Strong analytical skills
* Organizational and time management skills required
* Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
* Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Prior mortgage experience is a plus
Product Support Representative II
Developing proficiencies role. Basic skill with moderate level of proficiency. Has broad understanding in one or more Black Knight Products. Follows scripts or uses documentation to solve problems. Generally performs single-function tasks that tend to be small to moderate size and scope. Works under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience. Typically requires up to three (3) years of experience.
