We are looking for an Order Processing Customer Service Representative to join the Elite Team in our Omni Cheer San Diego office. Currently, this full-time position will be assigned as Work from Home until further notice. However, you may be asked to come into the office in San Diego, CA as needed. Local candidates only please.

Summary:

Responsible for customer follow up, the Order Processing Customer Service Representative will provide detail-oriented support to the Order Processing and Customer Service team, and to follow an order from start to finish. The Order Processing Rep will have ownership of their list of orders to work through, problem-solve, and provide excellent customer service all the way through to order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for working through open orders and be held accountable to metrics around:
  • Aging of orders
  • Open $ value
  • Provide feedback to the Order Conversion Analyst on progress
  • Communicate and solicit help regarding challenging orders
  • Work through orders in the various processing statuses (FOL, COR, CUSTX, OQA, etc.)
  • Diagnose and research order health (what is happening with the order)
  • Provide recommendations on how to improve process
  • Work closely with accounting team, warehouse team, customization team, and any other teams as needed to help push through orders

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented, driven individual
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and demeanor
  • Account Management, or Customer Service experience is a plus
  • Must be proficient with all Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must have proficiency in a POS system or able to learn POS quickly
  • Must be able to learn an ERP system
  • Has solid active listening skills
  • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
