Cummins is hiring for a Senior SAP Project Manager with functional experience using SAP S/4 HANA platform.

Scope of the role will include;

*   Manages the project management activities for assigned functional areas. Coordinates, prioritizes, negotiates, and manages the execution of all assigned projects and contracts. Leads the analysis, project identification, , budget, communication, and integration.
* Collaborates with business management to identify short and long-term projects to be undertaken; performs feasibility needs analysis to determine project timelines; manages the analysis, project identification, design, budget, communication, and integration of project plans; approves business workflow and project design; assesses business needs, Project Manager capabilities and available project budgets.
* Assists Project Managers with project issue resolution.
* Monitors the status of all projects on the team; monitors the team’s budget; advises Project Managers on the design and development of project plans and timelines.
* Helps Project Managers assess project risk through use of quality tools; coaches Project Managers in alternatives, solutions, and change management approaches.
* Ensures that Project Managers leverage experience of cross-functional resources and resources external to the project team; reviews project documentation.
* Monitors project success measures and understands the status of specific projects and assignments.
* Manages the project managers; delegates project assignments based on availability, ability, and developmental needs; provides developmental feedback to team members; coaches other Project Managers in managing teams.
Experience:

* Significant relevant experience, including supervisory experience, required.
* Knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile Delivery methodology and best business practices is essential.
* Scrum Master experience on an Agile team is essential.
* PMP certification and experience with SAP Data Services is desirable.
* Minimum of  3-5 years of broad and in-depth understanding and hands-on Techno/Functional expertise in multiple SAP modules with SAP S/4 HANA 1709 or higher is required.
* Working knowledge of SAP architecture, program and practices, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills, are all required to effectively coach business and solution architects and analysts.
* 7 to 10 years of experience working across business and IT with strong project management experience that involves implementation of SAP ERP solutions
* Must have worked with SAP S/4 HANA projects and phased implementations globally at major multi-national industries and led high-priority projects in an Agile manner.
* Ability to showcase at least 2-3 successful implementations of SAP S/4 HANA projects in mid-size industries and 1 implementation in a large size manufacturing industry will be a distinguishing factor for the ideal candidate.
* Should have experience in managing partnership with third-party system integrators and service providers in a project implementation.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
