Full-Time Director of Nursing, Corrections
Job Description
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the leadership and supervision of all nursing staff in Spectrum’s medication-assisted treatment programs operating within DOC facilities. Ensures nursing functions are delivered in accordance with best practices and Spectrum policies and procedures. Works collaboratively with the management and quality improvement team to ensure quality care is provided and directs and monitors quality improvement activities. Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.
This position requires statewide travel throughout Massachusetts to the various treatment facilities. Mileage is reimbursed.
Salary: $100,000 annually.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of current MA RN license, BSN preferred.
• Current CPR certificate or must obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum five years of clinical/medical experience required, with at least two years management/supervisory experience required.
• Experience in the substance use disorder/mental health field or an acute care inpatient healthcare environment preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
