Part-Time Tasting Room Manager
Job Description
We are a family-run hyper-local brewery in Boise, Idaho looking for an experienced Tasting Room Manager to focus on providing great customer service. We run a 15-barrel brew system, our beer is distributed throughout the state of Idaho, and our tasting room on Cole Road is a low-key, inclusive space that promotes local comedians, musicians, and artists. Kids are allowed in our tasting room before 8:00 p.m. and dogs are allowed at all times, so we’ve got a family-friendly vibe as well.
Our current Tasting Room Manager is leaving to be closer to family, and we are looking for an organized, conscientious, creative, and warm person to replace her. Your responsibilities would include:
-Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures to keep the tasting room safe and sanitary for all customers.
-Working approximately 4 shifts per week as the primary Beertender in the tasting room. Would receive tips for all bartending shifts.
-Scheduling and managing other tasting room employees.
-Helping to organize and execute tasting room events, as Covid-19 guidelines allow.
Must be available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends.
Must have good knowledge of craft beer.
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a people manager.
Must have a passion for cleanliness.
We offer a very competitive hourly rate for the Boise area, plus tips.
