Full-Time Administrative Assistant
Job Description
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative duties in support of clinical and programmatic operations including answering telephone calls appropriately and courteously. Responsible for ordering of office supplies and maintaining the inventory. Oversees office equipment maintenance and contacting vendors as needed. Assists managers by performing administrative duties as requested including copying, faxing, posting communications on bulletin boards, typing letters, memos and reports as directed.
This position is Full-Time, 40 hours per week. 1st shift. Monday – Friday, 9 AM-5 PM.
Pay rate: $15.00/hr

Qualifications:
* Minimum of high school diploma or GED required.
* Two years experience and expertise in office/clerical support, preferably in a healthcare or human service setting preferred.
* Working knowledge of Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
* Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
* Must be 21 years of age or older.
