Benefits Coordinator
Develops and maintains fiscal and procedural guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure benefit plans are administered according to requirements and regulations; plans and conducts activities related to benefit enrollments, provides training and related communications to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided. Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, or related field AND two (2) years of experience working in support of Human Resources functions, to include employee benefit programs and insurance plans, and one (1) year of direct customer service experience.
SALARY: $43,241.71 – $64,862.56 / Annually OPENING DATE: 03/01/20 CLOSING DATE: Continuous
