Job Summary
The Coast Fraser Inn is seeking a courteous and reliable Hotel Front Desk Clerk to provide excellent guest service and support daily front desk operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, clerical duties, and assisting guests with their needs.
Key Responsibilities

Register arriving guests and assign rooms

Take, cancel, and modify room reservations

Maintain inventory of room vacancies, reservations, and assignments

Balance cash, prepare cash reports, and complete related forms

Answer telephone calls and relay messages

Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and photocopying

Assist guests with special needs and requests

Deliver requested wake-up calls to guests

Follow emergency and safety procedures
Requirements

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
-
Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is an asset

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work flexible shifts
