- Position: Hotel Front Desk Clerk
- Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Salary: $17.40 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Start Date: As soon as possible

- Work Location: On-site only (no remote work)
- Shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours, Overtime available
Qualifications
- Language: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: No experience required; training will be provided
Responsibilities
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Handle group arrivals and departures
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes
- Provide information about hotel services and facilities
- Process guest checkouts, calculate charges, and accept payments
- Complete cash reports and balance sheets
- Maintain reservation records and room inventory
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Assist guests with special needs
- Deliver excellent customer service
