Full-Time Quality Officer
Job Description
We have an exciting 12-month opportunity to join our Quality and Performance Team at Phoenix Futures, with a focus on supporting our Complaints Process and providing additional capacity in coordinating Health & Safety compliance and associated queries.

This role is central to ensuring our Compliments and Complaints processes are effective, that coproduction is embedded in how we work, and that Health & Safety compliance is consistently achieved across our organisation.
The Role
As Quality Officer, you will support Phoenix Futures to achieve our purpose for everyone to be able to achieve their potential for themselves, their families and communities. You will be part of a passionate and skilled Quality & Performance Team. The role is full time 37.5 hours per week.
About You
To join us as Quality Officer, you will need:
- To have excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise, organise and schedule activities and resources to ensure achievement of results.
- To be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels, as well as manage sensitive or challenging conversations effectively.
- To be able to convey information clearly and accurately to a non technical audience.
- To have strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inconsistencies and/or risks in documentation effectively.
- To have experience of working in health and social care, or charitable sectors.
- To be determined, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn.
- To be enthusiastic about making a real difference to the lives of people we support.

The Quality and Performance Team
Due to sustained growth across the organisation, the Quality & Performance Team (Q&P) have recently expanded to become a 12-person team. Q&P is formed of sub teams including Health and Safety, Reducing Harm, Innovation and Improvement, as well as Quality and Compliance.
The Quality and Performance Team are typically home-based, with occasional travel to operational services and/or London when required.

If shortlisted, the interview process for the Quality Officer role will be take place face to face at our Central Office in London (SE1 6DF). Please note that as part of the interview process, there will be a short written and excel-based exercise. We expect to all interviews to take place for this role W/C 29th September 2025.
