Key Responsibilities:
As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the office, handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
- Administrative Procedures: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to enhance the efficiency of office operations.
- Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities, ensuring that procedures are followed, and deadlines are consistently met.
- Coordination of Office Services: Oversee the coordination and planning of office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Policy & Procedure Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Budget Assistance: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and manage inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support the management team.
- Overseeing Administrative Procedures: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Skills:

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with office software and equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
