Job Description
You will be working in a car breakdown support service role, working alongside clients with disabilities, who will need above and beyond customer care in stressful situations. You will be providing support with empathy and understanding of their situation and providing the best possible situation to support their needs.
Past experience working in retail, Contact Center or General Customer Services would be preferable. However, someone with a strong character and good at analysing situations with excellent analytical skills will be the ideal candidate.
