Full-Time Customer Service Adviser
Job Description
You will be working in a car breakdown support service role, working mostly with senior citizens clients, who will need above and beyond customer care in stressful situations. You will be providing support along with empathy and understanding of their situation and providing the best possible situation to support their needs.
Past experience working in retail, NHS or General Customer Services would be preferable. However, someone with a strong character and good at analysing situations with excellent analytical skills will be the ideal candidate.
