Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at PixelVerse Games, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our gaming products. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and representing the company at industry events and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with gaming distributors, retailers, and other partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction with our products.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product launches and campaigns.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring the best terms for both the company and the client.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity.
- Attend gaming industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote PixelVerse Games.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the gaming or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a gaming sales role.
- Familiarity with the video game development process.
- Network of industry contacts in gaming retail or distribution.
