• Deliver individualized strength training programs focused on posture, stability, and functional movement.
• Guide clients through nutrition strategies, ensuring they balance sustainable habits with flexibility.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and client tracking spreadsheets.
• Provide ongoing support via in-app messaging, video feedback, and occasional Zoom calls.
• Collaborate with the head coach to troubleshoot client challenges and celebrate their wins.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a personal trainer, fitness coach, or similar role.
• Certification in fitness coaching (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate clients in an uplifting, non-judgmental way.
• Familiarity with tracking software (Trainerize, Google Sheets, or similar platforms).
• A passion for helping LGBTQ+ individuals thrive and feel confident in their own skin.
• Tech-savvy and coachable, with the ability to follow systems and processes.
Why Join Stathom Fitness?
